Something strange happened to me after I parked normally and locked the car as usual.
According to the app, it still appears to be moving, and for that reason I can’t operate certain functions: the boot won’t open, the windows won’t work, and generally it seems like the car hasn’t realised it’s stationary.
At the time I checked to make sure everything was in order, but the message is still there. I haven’t had any other particular warnings, just this indication that blocks the remote commands.
Has this happened to anyone else? I’d like to understand whether it usually resolves itself after a few minutes, by unlocking and re-locking the car, or whether it’s worth carrying out some other check straight away. For the moment the problem is only on the commands side, but it’s rather annoying because it significantly limits the use of the app.
