I was quite struck by the April 2026 figures for electric vehicles sold in Italy. The T03 is clearly out in front, with 4,090 registrations in the month.
To give an idea of the gap, behind come the Citroen C3 with 920, the BYD Dolphin Surf with 508 and the Dacia Spring with 458. Even the Tesla Model Y is much further back, at 370.
Also interesting is the presence of the B10 in the rankings, with 316 units. It isn’t an enormous figure yet, but for a more recent model I think it’s a signal worth keeping an eye on.
As an owner — or at any rate someone interested in the brand — it seems to me that Leapmotor is really starting to make itself seen in the Italian market, particularly with the T03. I’m now curious to see whether this pace will continue over the coming months, or whether April was a one-off linked to concentrated offers and deliveries.
