Leapmotor app disconnecting every day – how to fix it?

Hello everyone,

I’ve had the T03 for just over a week and everything is working great!

However, every day the Leapmotor app synchronization stops. The app no longer updates and I can’t see the car’s status remotely.

If I restart the car’s tablet, the synchronization starts again, but it reliably stops working again after half a day with error messages.

Is anyone else having the same problem? Have you found a solution?

Could it be related to the software update or is it a connectivity issue?
