I’m having a rather annoying issue with the C10: during charging it gets quite hot, and at a certain point it simply stops charging.
I’m not talking about a normal slight warmth, but a temperature that seems excessive to me, so much so that the session then cuts out. It’s a shame, because otherwise I like the car, but on something as basic as charging I expected more reliability.
For now I don’t have precise data on power, the charge point or battery percentage at the time it stopped, so I don’t want to jump to conclusions. I’d like to understand whether it’s an isolated case or whether anyone else has noticed the same behaviour, perhaps with certain wallboxes or when public charging.
If it’s happened to you, did you get it sorted by having the cable, the car’s socket or some software setting checked?
