After the latest update of the Leapmotor app, I’ve found the app pretty much unusable. The login seems to fail to recognise my account properly and I can’t access the car’s functions.
In my case, I can no longer see data such as mileage and tyre pressure, but above all I’m unable to use the remote commands: opening, closing, managing charging and pre-conditioning. If you rely heavily on the app, it becomes quite annoying.
For now, my advice is straightforward: if you haven’t updated yet, I would wait. If you’ve already updated and the app isn’t working, try logging out and logging in again first. It may not work for everyone, but it’s the first sensible thing to try before tearing your hair out.
I hope a fix comes soon, because an update like this blocks genuinely useful features.
