Charging the battery in the first 3 days after purchase

Important Information from the Manual

According to the B10 manual, it is crucial to recharge the battery within the first 3 days of collecting the car using slow AC charging up to 100%.

Why is this important?

The first 3 slow AC charges are essential to help maintain the battery’s health at its peak and avoid premature degradation.

How to do it?

  1. Park the vehicle stably
  2. Select the Selector to P (Park)
  3. Apply the parking brake
  4. Open the charging port door
  5. Connect the AC charger to the slow charging port
  6. Charge to 100% - it must be slow (AC)

Warning

Do not attempt to fast charge (DC) during the first 3 days. Rapid charging at this stage could compromise the battery.

Additional Tip

After collecting the B10, the odometer will show a few kilometres due to factory testing. This is normal and does not represent actual use of the vehicle.

Following this correct procedure in the first few days will help keep your battery in optimal condition for the entire life of the car! :battery:
